School Nurse
Maliah Wernette was born and raised in Hot Springs, Ark. She graduated from UCA with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Maliah is a Registered Nurse whose nursing career began in 1996 as an emergency room nurse at NPMC. In 2000 she took a job with St. Joseph’s Hospital in Outpatient Services as a pre-operative/post recovery nurse where she stayed for 10 years. In August 2008 she was welcomed into the ASMSA family as the School Nurse. Maliah is married and has two boys.
