Katowich, James

Humanities Instructor

James Katowich was born in Michigan but grew up in the hills of Northwest Arkansas. After earning a B.A. in English and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, he worked for five years as a college instructor, most recently at Louisiana Tech University. He has had short fiction published in a number of journals, including The Louisville Review, Carolina Quarterly, Turnrow and River Styx.

Mr. Katowich teaches Junior English Composition, Senior English Composition, Philosophy and Film, American Literature, and Southern Literature.
