Dr. Charles Mullins earned a B.S. in mathematics at Oklahoma State University and his Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. In 1967, after one year of teaching at Oregon State University, Dr. Mullins taught abroad. After working in six different countries, he returned to the United States in 1989 and taught at the University of Central Arkansas.
Dr. Mullins teaches AP AB Calculus, Number Theory, Differential Equations, Algebra II, Vector Calculus and Trigonometry, along with serving as the sponsor of the National Honor Society.
