The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts received a $15,000 General Improvement Fund Grant from the West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District recently. The grant will support the creation of an art studio on campus. The 89th Arkansas General Assembly appropriated funding for the grant program to allow the district to assist local communities with their community and economic development needs.
