Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts students won the top three places in the “Think Globally, Act Locally” essay contest, sponsored by the Central Arkansas Library System’s Testimony to Tolerance Initiative and the City of Little Rock Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission. The students wrote essays about how to address global issues from a local standpoint.
